Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of kubebolt.io (the "Site"), operated by CLM Cloud Solutions S.L. ("we"). By accessing the Site, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

1. Service description

The Site is a marketing page describing the KubeBolt product and allowing signup for a waitlist for the future commercial SaaS version. The Site itself is not the KubeBolt product: the open-source product lives in its own GitHub repository.

2. Intellectual property

2.1. The KubeBolt product

The KubeBolt software is distributed under the Apache License 2.0. Rights over the code are governed by that license, not by these terms.

2.2. The Site

The Site's content (text, graphics, design, marketing frontend code) is the property of CLM Cloud Solutions S.L. unless otherwise indicated. You may quote fragments with attribution; you may not copy the entire site, its design, or its texts for use in commercial projects without our permission.

3. Acceptable use

By using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Take actions that compromise the Site's security or availability (DoS, abusive scraping, attempted exploitation of vulnerabilities).
  • Impersonate others or sign up emails you don't control to the waitlist.
  • Circumvent rate-limiting or protective measures.
  • Use the Site for illegal purposes or to violate third-party rights.

If you find a security vulnerability, see our security policy before acting.

4. Waitlist

Signing up for the waitlist does not create any contractual right to receive the SaaS product. It's simply a channel for us to contact you when it's available. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties. We don't guarantee continuous availability, absence of errors, or that the content is always up to date. The roadmap information (Autopilot, Lifecycle, KubeBolt Cloud, dates) reflects our current intentions and may change without prior notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CLM Cloud Solutions S.L. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. This limitation does not affect rights that mandatory consumer or tort law may grant you.

7. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party sites (GitHub, Anthropic, cloud providers, social networks). We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their policies.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced through the Site. The "last updated" date in the header reflects the current version.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of the consumer user's residence or, otherwise, to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
